Position: HR Advisor (Permanent)
Location: West Sussex

What will the HR Advisor role involve?

Providing hands-on HR support to managers and employees across employee relations, case management, and policy implementation
Advising on HR best practice and ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Supporting recruitment activity and onboarding processes aligned with business growth plans
Acting as a trusted HR partner to managers, helping to shape a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Contributing to employee engagement initiatives and ongoing HR process improvements
About you for the HR Advisor position:

Proven experience in an HR Advisor or similar role, ideally within a manufacturing or operational environment
Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and confidence handling employee relations matters end to end
CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 qualified (or actively working towards)
Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
A collaborative, proactive approach with a genuine interest in supporting people and business growth
