Location: West Sussex

SAP Programme / Portfolio Manager
Permanent | Hybrid | 2 days per week onsite in West Susses, remainder remote
£80,000-£88,000 base + performance-related bonus + benefits
Eligibility for SC Clearance essential

We're looking for an experienced SAP Programme / Portfolio Manager to lead the delivery of a portfolio of complex SAP programmes for a large, high-profile organisation.

You'll be accountable for end-to-end governance and delivery across multiple SAP initiatives, managing scope, cost, schedule, risks and dependencies while working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure value and outcomes are achieved.

Key responsibilities

Own the delivery and governance of multiple SAP projects/programmes across the full lifecycle
Maintain control of budgets, timelines, risks, issues and reporting
Lead multi-team, complex SAP deliveries within a large IT landscape
Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
Support commercial activity, including proposals and delivery planning
Drive continuous improvement and value-focused delivery

Skills & experience

Proven delivery of large-scale, multi-million-pound SAP programmes
Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery approaches
Programme or project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2 or equivalent)
Excellent stakeholder, financial and vendor management skills
Confident operating independently in complex, fast-paced environments

Eligibility for Security Check (SC) clearance is essential, therefore you must meet the following requirements:

A minimum of 5 years' continuous UK residency
No trips out of the UK in the last 5 years that have lasted 28 consecutive days or more
Right to work permanently in the UK with no sponsorship requirements
Willling to go through background check and vetting procedures
