For this Residential Property Solicitor job in Hassocks, you’ll ideally have:

• Up to 3 years of post-qualification experience as a Solicitor or Legal Executive in the UK.
• Experience dealing with the full residential conveyancing transaction cycle (both sales and purchases) for freehold and leasehold properties, including new builds, as well as lease extensions, probate sales, and transfers of equity.
