Private Client Associate – West

My client; a heavyweight Legal 500 firm with offices through London & the South East are now seeking either Associate or Senior Associate with a minimum of 4 YRS PQE gained within a top tier practice to join their highly regarded ranked team.

Due to increased workflow within the private client team we are seeking an ambitious Solicitor to join this dynamic department working on a broad range of private client matters including but not limited to:

• Will drafting, estate administration, Lasting Power of Attorney, elements of trust work and, to a limited extent, Court of Protection work whilst supporting Associates & Partners on more complex matters as appropriate.

• To operate as an effective member of the Private Client Group within the Tax, Trusts and Probate team and within the wider Private Client Department.
• To be responsible with minimal supervision for own caseload of work and own fee targets.
• Achieve the targets as defined by the Group Head and Department Head including contributing to hours and fees.
