A fast-growing global organisation is seeking a highly capable Logistics Manager to lead customer service transport planning and order fulfilment operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment enjoys improving processes and can drive OTIF performance across international markets.

What Youll Be Doing

• Leading and developing the Customer Service team
• Managing order processing fulfilment and delivery performance
• Driving improvements in OTIF and logistics KPIs
• Overseeing transport planning and third party logistics partners
• Ensuring compliance across import/export activities and trade regulations
• Maintaining accurate ERP data and reporting
• Supporting S&OP stock checks and continuous improvement initiatives
• Enhancing customer satisfaction through strong communication and issue resolution

What Youll Bring

• Up to 8 years experience in logistics transport supply chain or distribution
• Strong understanding of order fulfilment import/export and international logistics
• Experience working with carriers freight forwarders and global suppliers
• Excellent data interpretation problem solving and stakeholder management skills
• ERP proficiency and strong Excel capability
• Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop teams
• Relevant degree or professional qualification (CILT APICS FIATA)
