• Location: Worthing, West Sussex (Near A27 and A24)

• Salary: £24,000 – £28,000

• Contract: Full-time, Permanent

• Requirement: Knowledge of COSHH and manual handling is preferred.

• Operational Excellence: You will oversee the seasonal demands of the building, from frost protection in the winter to ensuring outdoor spaces are prepared for the summer term. Meticulous record-keeping of all safety checks is a must.

• Security & Key Holding: As a trusted key holder, you will ensure the site is opened and secured with precision. You will monitor CCTV and door entry systems to ensure a secure environment for the whole school family.

• Maintenance & Improvement: We want someone who takes pride in the "small wins"—keeping the site polished and functional. You will have the freedom to manage minor repairs and propose larger improvements to the School Business Manager.

• Waste & Environment: Managing the school’s recycling and waste streams. You will play a key role in the school’s green initiatives, ensuring we are as sustainable as possible in our day-to-day operations.
