Endoscopy Pre Assessment Co-Ordinator | East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust

Working closely with nurses, physicians and administrative teams to gather relevant information and schedule assessments clinics.

The post holder will provide a comprehensive administrative support to the Endoscopy nursing team. They will be expected to organise their workload and co-ordinate their activities with other Endoscopy clinical office staff and Endoscopy nursing co-ordinators to ensure that an efficient service is provided. The Endoscopy Pre-Assessment Administrator will have the responsibility for the booking and cashing up of all pre-assessment clinics.

The post holder will need to carry out their duties in such a way as to make a direct and positive contribution to the organisation of the work. It is essential that the Endoscopy Pre-Assessment Administrator should exercise initiative commensurate with the role and ensure that confidentiality be maintained at all times.
