Are you experienced in Quality Assurance and passionate about compliance? Our client is looking for a Quality Assistant to join their team and ensure high standards in a regulated environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with knowledge of GMP, CAPA management, and Quality Management Systems to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct root cause analysis and lead investigations.
* Manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) in Track Wise.
* Maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) and documentation.
* Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
* Support regulatory inspections, client audits, and internal audits.
* Deliver training and promote a strong quality culture.
* Drive continuous improvement using Practical Process Improvement (PPI).
Essential Skills & Experience
* Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
* Proven experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
* Knowledge of GMP, SAP, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
