Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor

📍 Full-time | Permanent

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established family-run business seeking an experienced Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor to join their friendly and knowledgeable team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with commercial vehicle parts experience who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service to customers and technicians alike.

The Role

As a Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor, you’ll be responsible for:

* Supplying parts and advice for commercial vehicles

* Handling customer and workshop enquiries efficiently

* Identifying and sourcing correct parts quickly and accurately

* Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues

* Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the parts department

What We’re Looking For

* Previous commercial vehicle parts experience is essential

* Strong product knowledge and attention to detail

* Confident communication and customer service skills

* A proactive, team-oriented approach

Hours & Pay

* 40 hours per week

* Standard hours: 7:00am – 4:00pm Mon to Fri

* 1 in 3 early Saturday shifts (6:00am – 2:00pm)

* Overtime available

* Salary: £35,000 per annum
