Leisure Vehicle Sales Executive – High Earning Potential (£80,000+ OTE)

We’re recruiting on behalf of a successful, family-run leisure vehicle dealership in the Haywards Heath area. With strong footfall, especially at weekends, and a growing reputation, this is a genuine opportunity to earn £80,000+ OTE in a self-employed role with real autonomy and uncapped potential.

The Role

As a Leisure Vehicle Sales Executive, you’ll be:

* Managing showroom and forecourt enquiries

* Converting weekend footfall into high-value sales

* Handling the full sales journey from enquiry to handover

* Building strong customer relationships and repeat business

* Working within a small, motivated team of two sales professionals

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where your earning potential is directly linked to your drive and performance.

This is a self-employed position, ideal for a confident closer who thrives on commission and weekend trade.

Working Hours

* Monday to Friday: 8:30am–6:00pm / 9:30am–7:00pm (rota basis)

* Saturday: 8:30am–6:00pm

* Sunday: 10:00am–4:00pm

* Typically 6 days per week
   (Weekends are peak selling days and key to maximising earnings.)

About You

* Proven sales experience (automotive, leisure, retail, or high-ticket sales preferred)

* Self-motivated and target-driven

* Comfortable working weekends

* Professional, personable, and confident with customers

* Looking for strong earning potential rather than a capped salary
