Commercial Sales Executive

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Commercial Sales Executive in Eastbourne, East Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated automotive sales professional to develop their career within a reputable franchised dealership. The ideal individual will possess strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

• On target earnings of 40,000 to 50,000+ per annum
• Monday to Friday working hours, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Duties of a Commercial Sales Executive:

• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for commercial vehicles
• Maximise profitability through vehicle, warranty, insurance, and finance product sales
• Deliver outstanding customer service to foster loyalty and repeat business
• Present and explain product options, accessories, and warranty cover to customers
• Maintain detailed knowledge of vehicles, features, and finance options
• Follow up on sales leads and actively prospect potential clients
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Requirements of a Commercial Sales Executive:

• Proven experience in automotive sales, ideally within a commercial vehicle or car dealership
• Successful track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Organisation and planning skills to manage customer appointments effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team as a Commercial Sales Executive
• Full UK driving licence
• Right to work in the UK
• No recent job hoppers or individuals seeking to leave a main dealer within six months unless genuinely committed to a career move
