Midas is seeking a Business Manager to cover East & West Sussex (Territories 1 and
2). The role manages roughly 150 accounts across Restaurants, Hotels and Pubs, with additional Public Sector accounts, and involves menu planning and upselling within an established client base.
Applicants should bring proven food service sales experience or strong B2B new business pedigree, plus the ability to engage Chefs, Catering Managers and Purchasing teams with a consultative approach.
