Pay Rate: £38.00 per hour

Contract:

6 Months

Hours:

37 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Eden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Neighbourhood Support Team at East Sussex County Council.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a community-based team, supporting adults across the Lewes and North Wealden areas. Due to the rural nature of the role, candidates must have access to their own vehicle and be willing to travel to carry out community visits.

Key Requirements

Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration.
Experience working within a community-based social work team.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own transport.
Ability to undertake visits across rural locations.
Strong assessment, care planning, and case management skills.
