Child Care Teacher

Quad/Care – Quad’s onsite child‑care center – is currently seeking a warm and enthusiastic full‑time Child Care Teacher in Sussex, WI. The teacher will support our high‑quality child‑care team, caring for the children of Quad employees and community members.

Schedule:

40 hours per week Monday through Friday or 4, 10‑hour shift days per week. No weekends.

Provide high‑quality care and support to children, fostering a safe and nurturing environment.

• Certifications in Early Childhood I, II, Infant/Toddler, CPR, First Aid, Shaken Baby, and Child Abuse and Neglect from an accredited school.
• OR an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood or a Bachelor’s Degree in Early‑Middle Childhood Education.
• AND a minimum of 1 year of experience (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills, dependable, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
