Summary: Proactively develop client relationships through effective use of profiles and established bank sales processes. Coordinate bank resources to assist clients in achieving financial goals while providing profitable products and services. Deliver excellent service while managing relationships over time to maximize client retention.

• Perform various sales activities approximately 80% of the time.
• Maximize customer sales opportunities by cross‑selling accounts and services as appropriate.
• Expand portfolio relationships with high‑value customers by profiling, utilizing sales processes, evaluating financial needs, recommending solutions, and asking for business.
• Provide qualified investment referrals to appropriate branch personnel.
• Sell credit life and disability insurance, if licensed.
• Understand and effectively sell against the competitive market.
• Use perception of bank resources to support clients’ financial goals.
