Production Supervisor – 3rd Shift

Are you a hands‑on leader with strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for developing people? Join our team as a Production Supervisor and take charge of driving performance, safety, and continuous improvement in our Converting production area.
What You’ll Do- Lead & Coach:
Supervise a diverse team, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities to help them succeed. - Plan & Execute:
Organize daily work schedules, prioritize tasks, and ensure production goals are met. - Drive Safety & Quality:
Maintain a safe work environment through inspections, training, and proactive safety measures. - Improve Processes:
Champion continuous improvement projects to boost productivity, reduce scrap, and enhance product quality. - Collaborate:
Serve as the communication link between employees, management, and other departments to keep operations running smoothly.
- Mechanical Aptitude:
Ability to understand and troubleshoot production processes and equipment. - Leadership
Skills:
Proven experience coaching and motivating teams in a fast‑paced environment. - Experience:
5+ years in plant operations and at least 2 years in a supervisory role. - Education:
Associate’s degree preferred. - Skills:
Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and communication abilities. Familiarity with lean manufacturing is a plus.
