3rd Shift Material Handler

Sussex, WI

Schedule:

Sunday–Thursday 10:45 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay: $2.00 per hour shift differential

You’ll move materials efficiently and safely throughout the department, ensuring everything is in the right place at the right time. • Safely transport materials to designated areas within the facility.
• Operate forklifts and other power‑driven equipment to load, unload, and move materials.
• Handle pallets, trays, and racking systems with care and precision.
• Use barcode scanners to track inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with leadership about inventory discrepancies and labeling needs.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle‑counting activities.
• Keep work areas clean and organized while following safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support team success.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience:
  
  At least 6 months in a technically oriented or material‑handling role preferred.
• Skills &
  
  Competencies:
  • Basic knowledge of shipping and warehouse operations in a manufacturing setting.
  • Comfortable using MS Office and learning new systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to multi‑task and work independently in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to adjust hours as needed to meet customer demands.
