💵 Pay Range: $20.00/hour + $2.00/hour shift differential

• Operating machinery with safety and precision
• Inspecting products to prevent defects and minimize waste
• Meeting production goals and maintaining accurate records
• Packing, palletizing, and labeling finished goods
• Performing quality audits and participating in 5S initiatives
• Supporting your team and assisting coworkers when needed

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced factory setting
• Basic computer and math skills
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull, bend, and stand for long periods
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
• A dependable mode of transportation

• High School diploma or GED
• 3 years of consistent work history
