Quad is seeking Perfect Binder Operators for the Sussex, WI location. The primary function of this position is to set up, maintain, and run all Perfect Binders at the highest level attainable, with emphasis on the gathering section.
Produce and maintain the best attainable quality, possess and display leadership skills, and assist in evaluating personnel. You will train and direct crew, assist the shift supervisor, and help evaluate production capabilities.
