• Nurse Practitioner Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (preferred)
  • Master's degree in nursing required
  • Graduate of an accredited Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner program required
  • Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or Multi‑state Nursing License (NLC) required
  • Certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber (APNP) by the Wisconsin State Board of Nursing required
  • Certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) required
  • AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) or equivalent required upon hire
  • Medicaid and Medicare (PECOS) enrollment and DEA registration required or eligible to obtain
• Physician Assistant Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Physician Assistant studies required
  • Current state certification as a PA required
  • Current DEA registration required
  • AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) or equivalent required upon hire
  • Medicaid and Medicare (PECOS) enrollment and DEA registration required or eligible to obtain
