Job Overview
Animal Clinic in Sussex is an AAHA accredited hospital and an AAFP Certified Cat Friendly Practice, located in Sussex, Wisconsin. We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Technician for a full‑day position 3‑4 days per week, with one Saturday (approximately every other month) required. The position is full‑time (3‑4 days a week); no half‑day positions are available.
Responsibilities & Expectations- Provide patient care and customer service in a hospital that practices the highest standard of care.
- Pay excellent attention to detail and demonstrate a desire to offer the best in patient care.
- Work 3‑4 full‑day shifts per week, with one Saturday (4 hours) approximately every other month.
- Assist veterinarians and support clinic operations in accordance with AAHA and AAFP standards.
- Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) or experienced veterinary assistants are preferred.
- Friendly and enthusiastic with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with staff in a busy clinic environment.
Employment Type:
Full Time
Salary: $18 - $23 per hour
Benefits include continuing education opportunities, pet benefits, paid time off, and paid vacation. No bonuses or commissions.
