• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Orient in and provide training on the job.
• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Make correct monetary change.
• Use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
• Manage verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.

• You must be 16 years of age or older.

• Standing – Most tasks are performed from a standing position. Walking surfaces include ceramic tile and linoleum. Height of work surfaces is between 36" and 48".
• Walking – For short distances, short durations.
• Lifting – Deliveries of up to 50 pounds. Cases to 3’x1.5’ placed on shelves up to 72" high.
• Carrying – Large cans (≈3 lbs) to storage shelves, pizza sauce (≈30 lbs) to front of store, trays of dough (≈12 lbs) carried three at a time.
• Pushing – Move trays on dollies. A stack of trays on a dolly may require a force of up to 7.5 lbs to push.
• Climbing – Occasional stairs or ladders to change prices, wash walls, maintain equipment.
• Stooping/Bending – Forward bending required at the pizza assembly station; repetitive for 30–45 seconds at a time.
• Crouching/Squatting – Occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
• Reaching – Up, down and forward; occasionally up to 72" to turn off oven controls or place items on shelves.
• Hand Tasks – Use of hands continuous throughout the day; requires eye‑hand coordination, forceful forearm and wrist use, manipulation of pizza peel, cutter, and boxes.
