Water Restoration Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for Servpro of Douglas County.

• Manage production crews and jobs according to SERVPRO® procedures, including assigning and coordinating jobs, scheduling, and maintaining job files.
• Supervise production, monitor jobs from start to finish, and resolve problems quickly.
• Provide clear pre‑testing, scoping, and estimates; ensure customer needs are met and maintain rapport with commercial, insurance, and residential customers.
• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies; set up staging areas and prepare rooms/areas for work activities.
• Perform production processes following company guidelines and crew chief directions.
• End‑of‑day cleanup and breakdown; leave the jobsite clean and orderly and maintain a clean vehicle and equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Effective oral communication and basic math skills.
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred but not required.
• Physical ability to lift at least 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistance; climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and in tight spaces (crawl spaces & attics).
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Oregon driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
• Pass a pre‑employment drug test and criminal background check.

• Starting wage – $18‑$20 per hour.
