We are seeking a full‑time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an interventional pain management clinic with four locations, including a physical therapy office, satellite clinic, and surgery center.
- Offerings include a flexible schedule, full benefits, productivity bonuses, CME reimbursement, and a collegial outpatient environment with no hospital call or rounding.
- The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and developing care plans, ordering and interpreting diagnostic studies, documenting patient care, and collaborating with the healthcare team.
- Requirements include current licensure, national certification, DEA license or eligibility, and BLS certification.
- Must be able to relocate to Sutherlin, OR before starting.
Compensation ranges from $125,000 to $150,000 annually
