The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. They will interact with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular attendance and work varied shifts as needed.
• Communicate proactively with supervisors about work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value & Appreciate.
• Ensure a positive shopping experience that differentiates from competitors.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including coverage during peak times.

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and self-direction to complete assignments independently.

• Primarily indoor with moderate noise; outdoor lots are hard surfaces.
• Shifts generally from 4 to over 8 hours; travel between stores in personal vehicle required.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and promote a safe work environment.

• Travel as needed; push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 lbs with equipment; lift/reach overhead.
• Stand, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and operate store equipment.
• Handle merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs; operate vehicles and store equipment.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively; complete training successfully.
