We are looking for a friendly, motivated and adaptable Assistant Site Manager to join our Education team at Reds
10, working on a project in Sutton, South London.

Your role as an Assistant Site Manager at Reds
10

* To ensure the highest Health and Safety standards on site and to ensure quality control checks are carried out.

* To assist with the day-to-day running on site of a Reds
10 construction project to keep within the timescale and budget of a project, and resolve any delays or problems encountered on-site during the project.

* Assist with managing the construction programme and ensuring compliance with building and safety regulations

* Assist with sample and control panels and quality control procedures and ensure they are followed at all times

* Identify potential issues before they arise and flag to the Site Manager
· Keep your direct team motivated and focussed

* Use BIM models for information, discussing the model with the team to inform consequent execution of work.

Qualifications:

* CSCS Card - Essential

* SMSTS or SSSTS - Essential

* Excellent organisational and time management skills

* Strong verbal and written communication skill

* Great attention to detail, numerically literate and able to multi-task
