Year 2 Teacher Coldfield

Position Overview

A school located in the centre of Sutton Coldfield is looking for a Year 2 teacher from April - July 2026.

This role is full-time, and you may be required to plan your own lessons and resources.

The right candidate will need outstanding knowledge of KS1 curriculum, and the ability to make a difference to children's learning.

• You must have QTS
• An enthusiastic, well-motivated and talented classroom practitioner
• An ability to inspire children, staff and parents alike
• Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum
• A friendly caring nature
• The capacity to identify and target specific, individual needs
• Keen to learn and develop professionally
• Can create an environment that nurtures and stimulates positive attitudes, independence and an innovative approach to facilitating learning and teaching

• £100 bonus after you have worked 10 days
• £250 recommendation bonus once you have referred somebody to Aspire People and they work 20 days
