Aspire People is currently seeking qualified and enthusiastic secondary school teachers to join our pool of day‑to‑day supply teachers. Whether you're a specialist in a particular subject or able to teach across a range of subjects, we'd love to hear from you!

As a supply teacher with Aspire People, you'll have the opportunity to work in a variety of secondary schools in Sutton Coldfield. You'll be responsible for delivering pre‑planned lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring that students continue to learn and make progress in the absence of their regular teacher.

• Deliver pre‑prepared lessons to students in accordance with the school's curriculum and guidelines.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a productive and respectful learning environment.
• Adapt to a range of subjects and year groups, depending on the needs of the school.
• Provide feedback to the school on students' progress and behaviour.
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning experience for all students.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching in a secondary school setting.
• Ability to teach across a range of subjects.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
• Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check (on the update service).
