Interviews and trial days are available ASAP for suitable candidates ahead of the September start. About the Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support pupils both in and outside the classroom to help them access learning successfully. Work closely with teachers and support staff to deliver engaging and effective learning experiences. Provide 1:1 and small group support where required. Support pupils with Special Educational Needs, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, and other additional needs. Promote positive behaviour and encourage pupil engagement. Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development. Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents/carers.

What We Are Looking For We welcome applications from candidates who:
Have experience working with children or young people, ideally within a school setting. Have experience supporting pupils with SEN, SEND, ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or additional learning needs. Are patient, resilient, and compassionate. Have excellent communication and teamwork skills. Are passionate about supporting young people to achieve their potential. Are eager to learn, develop, and progress within education.
