Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant based in Sutton Coldfield with experience in teaching phonics and interventions?

I am currently recruiting for a school based in Sutton Coldfield who is seeking an experienced TA with knowledge of the KS1 curriculum. The post is to start as soon as possible and will finish in July 2026 with potential to stay for the next academic year if the school feels you are the correct fit.

• Teach phonics and provide interventions for those who require extra support.
• Support the class teacher in tracking pupils’ learning and guiding those who need support.

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant.
• Knowledge of the KS1 curriculum.
• Passion for innovative teaching and commitment to supporting students.
• Strong communication skills and a nurturing, patient attitude.
