You'll oversee a dedicated Sixth Form Study Zone with capacity for up to 100 students, creating a calm, purposeful environment where students can work independently and achieve their potential. You'll promote excellent behaviour for learning, monitor attendance, deliver targeted mentoring and interventions, and support university applications, careers guidance, enrichment activities and wider sixth form events, ensuring students are fully prepared for their next steps.

What Are We Looking For? We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive graduate who is passionate about supporting young people. The ideal candidate will have: A degree and a strong academic background. Experience leading, coaching or supervising large groups of young people, with the confidence to manage a study space with the capacity to hold 100 students. Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.

A positive, resilient and approachable attitude, with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
