Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Cheam, Sutton Are you looking for an exciting Level 3 Nursery Practitioner role within an inspiring nursery setting based in Cheam, Sutton? We are currently seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a fantastic nursery setting in Cheam, Sutton. Successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide satisfactory references, including one from their most recent employer. Level 3 Nursery Practitioner Duties:
Provide a high standard of care and education to all children Follow the EYFS framework and nursery curriculum Create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children Build strong relationships with parents, professionals, and colleagues Assess, monitor, and review children's development and progress Implement an effective key person approach Provide an enabling indoor and outdoor learning environment Maintain accurate records for each individual child Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children is prioritised Work closely with Room Leaders and the Senior Team to deliver outstanding learning experiences through engaging activities Level 3 Nursery Practitioner Requirements:
Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification (essential) Previous experience working within an Early Years setting Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures Ability to build positive, nurturing relationships with children and parents Passion for childcare and supporting children's learning and development A child-centred approach with a commitment to providing high-quality care Nursery Practitioner Benefits:
