Support Worker/Companion Spa-Mdo

A caring and reliable Female PA is required to support a friendly 25-year-old lady living in Wallington who experiences both physical and mental health difficulties. This is a rewarding role for someone who is patient, encouraging and able to provide both practical and emotional support in a respectful and understanding way. The role involves helping SPA-MDO to maintain a clean, safe and habitable home environment, supporting her to access the local community including shops, the post office, support groups and attending appointments when required.

Support will also include encouraging healthy eating habits and assisting with meals where needed, alongside providing companionship, reassurance and emotional support to help build confidence and independence. Flexibility and a positive attitude are important, along with good communication skills and an understanding of mental health needs.
