Account Manager £27,500 - £35k base (DOE) uncapped OTE benefits Office based - Towcester An established and fast-growing commercial finance brokerage is looking to hire ambitious, consultative sales professionals to support its continued expansion across the UK. Having funded hundreds of millions for UK businesses over the last decade, this business is building a true 'one-stop shop' for commercial finance and is investing heavily in its people to support that vision.
The Role This is a targeted, revenue-driven sales role where you will:
Build and develop long-term relationships with new and existing SME clients using a consultative sales approach Advise business owners and senior decision-makers on funding solutions to support growth plans Proactively identify and penetrate new industries through prospecting, research and targeted outreach Manage opportunities end-to-end, from initial client engagement through to credit write-ups and lender placement Work closely with internal underwriting and marketing teams to achieve the best outcomes for clients Maintain and develop accurate CRM records to support efficiency and client experience Consistently meet and exceed individual revenue targets About You You will be a driven, commercially minded salesperson with a genuine desire to build a long-term career in finance.
Demonstrable sales experience with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets Confident engaging senior decision-makers (Finance Managers, Directors, MDs) Highly self-motivated, resilient and hungry to succeed Comfortable adapting your communication style to different stakeholders Commercial finance experience beneficial What's On Offer Market-leading commission structure with realistic, uncapped earning potential Clear and proven career progression - all current sales leaders started in trainee roles Structured training programme with in-house and external development support Supportive, high-performance culture that genuinely invests in its people Due to the location of the office, candidates will need a valid, clean driving licence.
