Social Worker needed for Localities Team in Sutton, paying £37.52 ph!

• Location: Sutton Council
• Pay: £37.52 per hour
• Hours: Full-Time/Temporary Contract

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Social Worker (Grade
8) to join the Localities Team in Sutton. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive service committed to delivering high-quality outcomes for residents.

The role will involve working with a varied caseload and supporting both young people and vulnerable adults across the borough. There may also be occasions where travel outside of the borough is required to support a young person or vulnerable adult, so flexibility is essential.

• Manage a diverse caseload within the Localities service
• Undertake assessments, reviews, and care planning
• Carry out safeguarding enquiries and risk assessments
• Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners
• Maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality case records
• Promote independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes
