Nights HLOP Operator – Minworth, Sutton Coldfield

Location: Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands

Pay Rate: £15.56 per hour + holiday pay

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Contract Type: Temp to Perm

• Operate a HLOP to accurately and efficiently pick customer orders at height.
• Work in line with warehouse processes and strict health & safety procedures.
• Accurately pick stock from high‑level locations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to meet nightly targets and deadlines.
• Minimum of 2 years’ warehouse experience is essential.
• Previous experience operating an HLOP truck is essential.
• A valid, in‑date HLOP licence/certificate is required.
• VNA experience is desirable but not essential.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety‑conscious.
• Willingness to commit to a long‑term role and progress within the business.
