• Promote and nurture a customer care culture, delivering care levels consistent with manufacturer expectations.
• Utilise monthly management accounts to monitor and control profitability of the Sales Department and take appropriate actions to maximise opportunities.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing plans and budgets to achieve financial and marketing benchmarks.
• Organise, direct, and control sales staff activities to meet pre-arranged plans and budgets.
• Ensure optimum use of all material and resources available.
• Provide coaching and training to salespeople to improve performance, focusing on customer satisfaction, prospecting, follow up, sales process, time management, and product knowledge.

• Sales staff management experience in an automotive setting.
• Previous experience working for an automotive retailer.
• Experience with similar profile brands.
