Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Payroll Administrator role located in Royal Sutton Coldfield. The Payroll Administrator will manage the day‑to‑day payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include processing payroll, handling garnishments, managing payroll taxes, and assisting with employee benefits. The individual will also oversee payroll records, collaborate with the accounting team, and respond to payroll‑related inquiries from employees.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in payroll administration, including processing payroll for employees and maintaining compliance with company and legal requirements.
  • Knowledge and experience in handling garnishments and payroll taxes, ensuring timely and accurate calculations and payments.
  • Familiarity with employee benefits administration, including deductions and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles related to payroll management.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Previous experience in a payroll or accounting role is preferred.
