Oakley Recruitment is working exclusively with a well-established, dynamic growing organisation based in Minworth. This is an excellent opportunity to join the team as a Customer Service Advisor on a full-time permanent basis

Reward

Duties & Responsibilities

* Customer service inbound and outbound

* Managing and responding to emails

* Processing quotes and orders through various systems

* Allocating and shipping of goods and order processing

* Identifying opportunities and logging on the database

* Updating and maintaining a database with accurate information

* Management of back orders and data management of customer orders

* Ensuring delivery to schedule of all orders

Skills and experience

* Experience delivering excellent service

* Good organisational skills

* Ability to work under pressure

* Flexible approach to changing priorities

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
