Year 3 Teacher - Erdington

Overview

Are you a qualified Teacher looking for a long‑term role within Year 3? A school in Erdington is looking for a teacher to work 2 days per week February‑March, and then 4.5 days April‑July 2026.

The class you will be working in has children with various needs and a high percentage of EAL, so requires somebody who is able to plan effectively.

• You must have QTS
• An enthusiastic, well‑motivated and talented classroom practitioner
• An ability to inspire children, staff and parents alike
• Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum
• A friendly caring nature
• The capacity to identify and target specific, individual needs
• Keen to learn and develop professionally
• Can create an environment that nurtures and stimulates positive attitudes, independence and an innovative approach to facilitating learning and teaching

• £100 bonus after you have worked 10 days
• £250 recommendation bonus once you have referred somebody to Aspire People and they work 20 days
