Paragon Education is recruiting a Male SEN Teaching Assistant for a caring and inclusive primary school in Sutton Coldfield. The successful candidate will support pupils with additional learning needs on a one-to-one and small-group basis.

• Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional or complex needs.
• Assist with implementing individual education plans (IEPs).
• Promote independence, confidence, and social development.
• Work closely with class teachers and the SENCo.

• Experience supporting children with SEN (e.g. ASD, ADHD, speech and language).
• Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent).
• Calm, compassionate, and adaptable approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Access to a wide range of SEN and mainstream schools across Birmingham.
• Support from a consultant who understands local education settings.
