Are you passionate about supporting young people with special educational needs? Do you have the confidence to lead lessons and create a positive, engaging learning environment? Our specialist secondary school in Birmingham is seeking dedicated SEN Cover Supervisors to join our team.

• Lead and supervise pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects in our secondary provision
• Support students with a variety of complex needs, including ASD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
• Maintain a calm, structured classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and support assistants
• Manage behaviour positively and consistently in line with the school's policies

• Experienced in working with young people, ideally in an SEN or secondary setting
• Confident in leading a classroom and delivering set work
• Patient, resilient, and committed to inclusive education
• Able to build positive relationships with students
• In possession of an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (essential)
