The school supports pupils aged 7–18 with a broad range of additional needs and varying levels of ability, including complex needs. All pupils have an EHCP, and the school receives a high volume of referrals due to its exceptional reputation.

This is a highly sought‑after setting with a warm, family‑focused staff culture. Collaboration is central to their approach, and weekly staff training is offered — with agency teachers encouraged to take part — ensuring continuous growth and development.

  • Be part of a close, supportive team that values creativity, flexibility, and child‑centred practice.
  • Access weekly training sessions designed to strengthen your skills and professional confidence.
  • Teach in a diverse SEN environment supporting pupils with MLD, PMLD, ADHD, trauma‑related needs, and global developmental delay.
About the School
