Nursery Teacher - Sutton Coldfield

Are you an experienced Early Years Teacher looking for a new opportunity after the half term break? We are currently working with a welcoming Primary School in Sutton Coldfield to recruit a Nursery Teacher for a full-time role starting in September 2026 and continuing until the end of the academic year.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and lead a vibrant nursery class.

the school are not accepting ECTs for this position and require CVs as soon as possible.

• Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Proven experience teaching in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills

• Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons in line with EYFS curriculum
• Take full responsibility for planning, assessment, and classroom management
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
• Monitor and track pupil progress, contributing to reports and parent meetings
• Work collaboratively with support staff and senior leaders
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
