Maintenance Manager - No Shifts, Day Role

• Lead and develop a skilled team of maintenance engineers across planned and reactive maintenance.
• Manage critical breakdowns and maintenance activities across specialist plant and heavy equipment.
• Oversee contractors, statutory inspections and health & safety compliance.
• Ensure availability of critical spares and coordinate capex projects.
• Mentor apprentices, issue permits and uphold high maintenance standards.

• Mechanically qualified – ideally to HND level.
• Proven track record in managing maintenance within heavy engineering sectors such as recycling, manufacturing, waste treatment, quarrying, steel processing and oil & gas.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills, with a proactive approach to engineering challenges.

Location:

Easily commutable from most parts of the West Midlands.
