You will inherit an existing portfolio, enabling you to straightaway focus on providing financial planning to their clients.
There is no requirement to bring clients with you. Naturally, they would like you to identify and act on organic new opportunities where possible, such as referrals and additional planning needs.
This is an ideal role for someone who truly enjoys comprehensive financial planning, taking the time to understand clients' goals, and helping them navigate life's financial decisions with confidence.
Key aspects of the role include:- Managing and developing an existing, loyal client bank
- Delivering a full financial planning service across retirement, investments, protection and estate planning
- Working closely with experienced Support Staff to ensure smooth and compliant advice delivery
- Spotting opportunities to deepen relationships and support clients further
- Contributing to a professional, collaborative and people‑focused environment
- Essential:
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Financial Planner / Financial Adviser - Essential:
Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning - Desirable:
Working towards Chartered or already Chartered - Essential:
Strong written and verbal communication - Desirable:
Experience of delivering holistic, lifestyle‑based planning
