We are currently recruiting for a Spa Therapist on a casual basis at New Hall Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels.

New Hotel and Spa is a stunning and unique hotel, dating back to the 13th Century and steeped in history and a fine example of medieval architecture and stands proudly as England’s oldest listed inhabited moated house.

At 800 years old, this luxurious hotel has a long history of delivering exceptional hospitality to discerning guests. Replete with contemporary comforts, our spa and health club offers an oasis of relaxation complimented by our award winning 2AA Rosette restaurant and extensive meetings and events operation, which a popular choice for weddings, bespoke events and conferences.

• As a Spa Therapist, you will help support the success of your team, feeling engaged and ready to consistently deliver exceptional service, putting the guest at the heart of all activities.
• You will be expected to demonstrate that you can deliver outstanding Spa treatments and develop your knowledge to ensure you feel confident in delivering positive recommendations for our guests.
• Mindfulness and well-being is your top priority, so you will be passionate about maintaining high standards and delivering memorable guest experiences to ensure that all clients leave feeling on top of the world and with a clear mind.
• Most of all we will want you to be inspired, have fun and enjoy being part of our Hand Picked Team.

• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist, working in a luxury 4/5 star Hotel Spa environment is desirable for this role.
• It is essential you have current UK Spa Qualifications, NVQ Level 3, and are confident in demonstrating these skills, able to carry out all treatments including facials, massage, nail and feet treatments including gel nail application.
• Being driven to deliver outstanding and memorable customer service will be your passion and motivation.
• You will be excellent at building a rapport with guests making them feel at home, relaxed and importantly identify and create magical memories at every possible opportunity.
• Be able to demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence, enabling you to be able to anticipate our guests needs ensuring they receive a Hand Picked experience.
• Most of all, you will have a professional, organised and friendly approach and be able to anticipate our guests needs and create memories.

• A competitive salary package of £14.00 per hour.
• This is a casual hours role, working hours depending on business needs, we are looking for someone to be flexible with working over weekends. Shifts will mostly be from 10am-6pm or 11am-7pm.
