Industria Personnel Services are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to support the HR Business Partner across multiple automotive logistics sites based in Minworth (B76).
This is a great opportunity for someone with administration or entry-level HR experience who is looking to develop a career within Human Resources, HR Administration, Recruitment or Employee Relations in a fast-paced operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day HR administrative support to the HR department
* Maintain and update HR systems, employee files and personnel records
* Assist with recruitment administration including job adverts, interview scheduling and onboarding
* Support the new starter process including documentation and right-to-work checks
* Track and record absence management, holidays and HR data
* Prepare HR reports, spreadsheets and internal communications
* Support employee relations administration including meeting notes and documentation
* Assist with HR compliance, policies and procedures
* Liaise with site managers and employees regarding HR queries
* Support HR projects across multiple operational sites
Skills & Experience
* Previous administration or HR admin experience preferred
* Strong organisation and time management skills
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
* High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics or warehouse environment
Desirable
* Experience working in HR Administration / Recruitment Administration / People Operations
* Exposure to HR systems, personnel databases or payroll information
* Interest in building a career in HR or People Management
