The salary for this role is £27,777 per annum, plus tips, based on a 25-hour working week.
About the roleFollowing our recent expansion, we are recruiting for a brand-new role of an Employee Relations Advisor. Within this role, you will be the first point of contact for all ER matters across the resort, providing timely, consistent, and professional advice. You will play a key role in supporting People Advisors and managers, ensuring all cases are handled effectively, fairly, and in line with current legislation and company policies.
Keyduties
- Managing a range of ER cases, including absence, disciplinaries, grievances, and performance issues
- Supporting and guiding People Advisors and managers through ER processes
- Identifying and closing training gaps for Managers and People Advisors
- Writing and delivering training bundles on Employee Relations content
- Ensuring all cases are managed in line with employment law and internal policies
- Maintaining accurate and detailed case records and documentation
- Identifying trends and providing insights to support proactive people management
- Supporting continuous improvement of ER processes and policies
- Have experience in an ER-focused or HR role with good working knowledge of employment legislation
- Be highly organised and able to manage multiple cases with strong attention to detail
- Communicate confidently and provide clear, practical advice
- Be confident supporting others and acting as a reliable point of contact
- Handle sensitive situations with professionalism, discretion, and fairness
- Be proactive, structured, and solutions-focused
