This is a steady, established recruitment business based in Sutton Coldfield. Eight people, mostly focused on engineering and technical roles. But the Trades & Labour desk stands slightly apart, and it’s yours to take on.

It’s been run solidly for the last six years, but the consultant moved abroad recently. Now we need the right next pair of hands to take this on.

You’ll be walking into something warm, with active clients, repeat business, and a fair bit of freedom in how you build it.

You’ll be someone who knows how to run a T&L or industrial‑style temps desk. Someone organised, used to volume, and comfortable being responsible for their own patch. You won’t be micromanaged. You will be trusted to get on with things.

The culture’s grown‑up but relaxed and without egos. Everyone in the team looks after their own bit of the business, and people get along well. It’s five days a week in the office, but there’s a proper early finish on Fridays.

This could suit someone from a T&L, industrial temps, or similar background. Someone who’s comfortable spinning plates and working at pace.
